A typical gîte in a… typical village !

Welcome to our gîte in the Meuse, in the previous Maison du Chapitre.

Nestling in the very historical center of Void-Vacon, our gîte welcomes you in a building restored to its original state and located in a very old street of the village. Its oriel (bay window) makes it easy to recognize after crossing the column-surrounded market place. The entrance opens onto a very spacious lounge. The decoration suits the architectural style perfectly. The exposed stone, the mantlepiece and the stone sink provide the place even more authenticity. The kitchen opens onto a terrace from which stretches a peaceful garden. This is quietness at the center of the village, reinforced by the three warm bedrooms at the upper floor.

Plus, visit the birthplace of Nicolas-Joseph Cugnot (1725 - 1804), the military engineer who designed the world's first steam dray, the Fardier, and turn over a page of history in our company…
